やりすぎなのか？インド味なラーメン「幸先(さいさき)」へ行って来ました [ほぼ週刊、外食日記]
お早うございます。
今回は、埼玉県川越市にある「幸先(さいさき)」に行って来ました。
川越総合卸市場には何度か訪問していたのですが、ラーメン屋あるとは知りませんでした。
知ってしまったら、もう行くしか有りませんw

営業時間:11:00～14:00、土曜日のみ9:00～14:00
定休日:水曜日と市場が休みの日。

事前に仕入れた情報では券売機が有るはずでしたが、券売機にホワイトボードが掛っていて、そこにメニューが書かれていました。
今回は、濃い目ラーメン700円、連れは濃い目ラーメン大盛800円をオーダーしました。
料金は先払いで、オーダー後に支払います。
チャーシュー麺が食べたいなーと思いながら10分ほどで着丼です。

感想ですが、チャーシュー麺が無い理由が良く判りました。
普通で厚さ1.5cmのデカイチャーシューが2枚、大盛は3枚です。
店主！
私もっともっとチャーシューホスィーw
チャーシュー麺もメニューに是非加えて下さい！
《一押し理由》
①店内がキレイで清潔。
②店主の腰が低い＆物言いも穏やか。
③ラーメンが700円とお値打ち(通常ならチャーシュー麺で通用するので)。
④チョー好みが分かれるターメリックが効いたスープ。
⑤しょう油味とか、みそ味とかを超越したインド味！
⑥唯一無二のラーメンが食べられます。
⑦連れは「有り！旨い！」、私は「不味く無いけど普通のしょう油味で良いのでは？」。
⑧忘れてましたw チャーシューは激ウマです。
《今一な点》
①場内市場をよく探さないと判らない立地。
②良くも悪くもインド味。
③クルマが無いとバスで行くしかない。
みなさんどうてすか？
カウンターオンリーのこじんまりとしたお店ですが、家族連れも問題無い雰囲気です。
インド味が合うかは好みの問題ですが、イントはあなたを裏切りません。
